1. How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping which typically takes 5-8 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Enter it on the carrier’s website to monitor your package.
3. What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
4. Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we only offer refunds. For exchanges, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Toorikha does not store your credit card information.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order will be processed and shipped.
