1. How long does shipping take?

  • We offer free standard shipping which typically takes 5-8 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

2. How can I track my order?

  • After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Enter it on the carrier’s website to monitor your package.

3. What is your return policy?

  • You have 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

4. Do you offer exchanges?

  • Currently, we only offer refunds. For exchanges, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Is my payment information secure?

  • Yes. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Toorikha does not store your credit card information.

6. Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order will be processed and shipped.
